Hey I’m Jo and as a busy mum and a business owner, I understand and appreciate the struggle you face of feeling time poor while focusing on work, family and others - not to mention trying to juggle the chaos that life can bring. Somewhere along the way we forget that it’s important to focus on ourselves and our own needs.
Over the years as a Womens Fitness and Nutrition coach, I have witnessed many ladies in a constant battle with themselves and their bodies. They fall into a cycle of low confidence, poor energy levels and waning motivation. Most of them are overwhelmed with all the conflicting information about how to get back into shape and feel good about themselves.
This is why I am passionate about showing women like you that no matter what your age or fitness level, it is possible to thrive when you are armed with the right information and support. You don’t need to torture yourself with extreme exercise or restrictive diets to see results - and you can enjoy the process!
